Welcome to the Second Baptist Church website, by the wondrous Grace of God we continue to celebrate the goodness of God to us a church family. Over the past 126 years of ministry and community impact, God has added to our number and blessed us with great fellowship and many friendships.

The Psalmist says that the man (or woman) who delights in the law of the Lord (His word to us) and meditates on it day and night, “shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.” PSALM 1:1-3.
